Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using any JagJourney.ai products and services (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a purchase, or using any JagJourney.ai service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

JagJourney.ai provides:

  • JagLab AI: AI-powered developer tools and API services
  • BlogToRank: SEO, GEO, and AI visibility optimization platform
  • JagAI SysAdmin: Server management and monitoring tools
  • Other digital products and services as listed on jagjourney.ai

All services are delivered digitally and provide immediate access upon purchase.

3. ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO REFUNDS

3.1 Non-Refundable Purchases

ALL PURCHASES MADE THROUGH JAGJOURNEY.AI ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Subscription Plans: Monthly or annual subscription fees
  • Credits: Prepaid credits, token packages, or usage credits
  • One-Time Purchases: Software licenses, plugins, or digital downloads
  • Add-Ons: Additional features, upgrades, or premium services
  • Support Hours: Purchased support or consulting time

3.2 Understanding of Virtual Products

By purchasing from JagJourney.ai (Jag Journey, LLC), you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Virtual Nature: Credits, tokens, and subscription access are virtual products with no physical or tangible form.
  2. Immediate Delivery: All digital products are delivered immediately upon successful payment. Once access is granted or credits are added to your account, the transaction is complete and irreversible.
  3. No Partial Refunds: Unused credits, subscription time, or features are not eligible for refunds. If you choose not to use purchased credits or cancel your subscription early, no refund will be provided.
  4. Credit Expiration: Purchased credits may have expiration terms as specified at the time of purchase. Expired credits are not refundable.
  5. Account Termination: If your account is terminated for violation of these Terms, you forfeit all credits, subscription time, and access to services without refund.

3.3 Why No Refunds?

Our services:

  • Provide immediate access to AI infrastructure and computing resources
  • Incur real costs from third-party AI providers
  • Cannot recover consumed resources once used
  • Are priced to reflect immediate value delivery

3.4 Exceptions

The ONLY exceptions to our no-refund policy are:

  1. Duplicate Charges: If you are charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical error on our end, we will refund the duplicate charge(s).
  2. Service Non-Delivery: If a purchase is not delivered due to a technical error on our platform and we cannot resolve the issue within 72 hours, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
  3. Legal Requirements: Where required by applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract.

To request review of any of the above exceptions, contact within 24 hours of the transaction.

4. Subscription Terms

4.1 Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

4.2 Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

4.3 Cancellation

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused time within a billing period
  • Access continues until the end of the paid period
  • Unused credits remain available until their expiration date

4.4 Plan Changes

  • Upgrades: Take effect immediately with prorated billing
  • Downgrades: Take effect at the end of current billing period

4.5 Pause Feature

Some subscriptions may offer a pause feature. Pausing does not extend your subscription period or provide credits for the paused time.

5. Credits and Token System

5.1 Nature of Credits

Credits are prepaid units used to access AI services beyond your subscription limits. Credits:

  • Have no cash value
  • Are non-transferable
  • Cannot be converted back to currency
  • Are tied to your account only

5.2 Credit Usage

Credits are consumed based on:

  • The AI engine tier selected (Spark, Nova, Apex)
  • The number of tokens processed
  • The type of operation performed

Exact credit costs are displayed in your dashboard.

5.3 Credit Expiration

Unless otherwise specified, credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase. You will receive advance notice before credits expire.

5.4 Credit Balance on Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Existing credits remain available until expiration
  • No new credits will be earned
  • Credit usage may be limited to plan features

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use services for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or billing
  • Share account credentials or API keys
  • Resell or redistribute services without authorization
  • Abuse, overload, or interfere with our systems
  • Use services to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Our software, designs, and content remain our property
  • Content you generate using our services belongs to you
  • You grant us license to process your data as needed for service delivery

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to amounts paid in the 12 months prior to claim
  • We are not responsible for third-party AI provider outages or changes

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Contact Us First

Before pursuing formal dispute resolution, contact. Many issues can be resolved quickly.

9.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws Washington State and of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

9.3 Arbitration

Disputes not resolved through direct communication will be settled by binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or service notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

  3. You understand that all purchases are final and non-refundable
  4. You are purchasing virtual products that are delivered immediately
  5. You waive any right to a refund except as explicitly stated herein
